While madmen abound and the evil that walks this earth is like the Tsar Bomba, I still struggle to see how anyone sane or not could ever choose such destruction. It would be complete destruction of the world as we know it no matter if it were just a single Tsar Bomba dropped in the world and none others. There is no fallout shelter anyone would want to live in for a decade or longer, even if it were 500k sqft and cost $1 trillion for the opulence!
